by WANG CHOI YEONJUN
June 16, 2024
Little did the world know that December 2023 was a big month for Jackson Wang. Not only was he on the last leg of his World Wide Magic Man tour, with multiple dates in China, but he was celebrating the second Christmas with his long-term boyfriend Choi Yeonjun. 2023 was a busy year for Jackson. Tour (which everything was By Jackson Wang, produced, written, recorded, choreographed, photographed, pay roll'd, everything done by Jackson Wang), all Team Wang collaborations, taking care of Yeonjun's countless mental breakdowns, and let us not forget WANGCHELLA. All of these may seem very important to Jackson's career, but the biggest career change of all happened, and the biggest addition to his resume. Fatherhood.
"Meow meow meooooowwwwww purrrrrr," says Jackson's son, Moscow, affectionately known as Juice. We can only assume the translation into this means "Thanks for being the greatest dad in the world, Dad. I love when you let me rub my ass all over your face for attention, I learned this from Mommy so I'm glad it works. Thanks for getting us both out of the litter box, too. You're the real MVP." Jackson's other son, Kempurr, or 'Baaaaaby' (in a high pitched voice) as his Mom calls him, had similar, affectionate things to say about the new father. "Chirrruuuppppp meooowww hissssss meow meooow meow," he rolls out as he pads his way down the hall, likely on his way to the food dish since he's a fatass just like Mom. We ran this through our Kitty Translator and this is what we received back: "My dad kicks ASS! We're seriously the luckiest little family to have him and I'm so glad that he chose us to have a family with. He does so much for us and takes the best care of us, especially Mommy when she's crying because she took a breath wrong. That happens a lot. Dad roolz!"
As this article dwindles down to the end, it's time to shine a spotlight on some of the amazing qualities that Jackson Wang possess. Please keep your mind and eyes above the waist. Jackson has endured a lot over the last couple of years and especially the last year and a half dealing with me. He has proven time and time again that he is strong and resilient and he is definitely the Tough Parent. We are still doing this out of wedlock but that's okay. It's 2024, right? Times have changed! He is loving and caring in ways that may seem weird and different to people on the outside, but to me, it's perfect. He completes me and he completes our family. Happy First Father's Day, Daddy!
